Mr. Keith Launchbury, CFPIM, CIRM will introduce a World Class Checklist as the basis for determining the progress that an organization is making towards World Class Manufacturing.  He will lead an interactive presentation on today's business realities & traditional manufacturing values, especially on the benefits of becoming a "World Class Manufacturer."    As a result of attending this seminar you will be provided with the world class checklist so that you can determine the progress that your organization is making and how to lead your company towards becoming a "World Class Manufacturer."

Keith has over twenty-eight years experience in the implementation of planning and control systems in a wide range of business environments.  He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Applied Physics from the University of West London.  He started working in method study and industrial engineering.  He advanced to Manufacturing Systems Manager at AES in Ontario with responsibility for implementation and operation of MRP II for each division in North America and Europe.  In 1984, he started his own group of business educators, which has provided education, consulting and training services to 135 companies worldwide. 

Keith has served as an APICS officer at the chapter, region, and national society levels. He was International President in 1991.  He has co-authored books and co-developed business simulation games.  He is the author of APICS "Fundamentals of Planning" and CPIM "Master Planning of Resources."
