Speaker: Barry Dick

Many companies select their MRP/ERP software system with the anticipation of improving business performance. They expect reduced inventories, increased efficiencies, and on time deliveries. Too often, the results are far below expectations. This session explores why companies experience failed or disappointing implementations, identifies common excuses and activities that are roadblocks to success, and provides a step-by-step approach to help kick-start your ERP system into a valuable company asset.
