APICS Wichita Members and Future Members,

The Wichita chapter of APICS has a new years resolution suggestion for all of our members, past and present. Each year either you or your employer pays for your APICS membership, but do you really take advantage of it?

For a new years resolution, we would like to propose that each of you consider investing in yourself by taking advantage of the upcoming spring list of PDM’s and seminar coming up as listed in the newsletter. Or you can take advantage of the new mini-workshops on Inventory Management. You can also work on your networking skills and share supply chain triumphs with other area professionals. In just two hours per month you can take advantage of your membership and begin increasing your economic value.

If you missed the February PDM, you missed the ever entertaining and knowledgeable Carol Ptak, Carol did an excellent job of bringing the subject to life with her vast experience and many examples. What an honor it was for Carol to take time out of her busy schedule to be our Wichita PDM speaker. For March, we are having a plant tour of Lee Aerospace.
