Inventory Control Workshops

Inventory control is an evolving discipline that encompasses the principles, concepts and techniques for determining what items to order, how much to order, when they are needed, when to order and where to store them. How can we reduce inventory if we can’t even control it? We will be reviewing some of the basics and the theory in these 5 modules. Interaction will be encouraged and each participant will come away with tools to be utilized within the “real world.”
