Two issues that came from the membership survey last year were:

1. Our associate members were not getting information about the Wichita Chapter. To resolve this, the board decided to do a total mailing twice a year, once in October and again in January or February. It is just to cost prohibitive to do it year around. However, anyone can access the chapter Website at www.apics-wichita.com. Please share this information with your fellow workers who are associate members.

2. The second issue was a request to be reminded of the dinner meeting a few days prior. We currently send a notice when the newsletter is posted on the Website. We can send a meeting reminder this way as well. It will require you to sign up on the Website which is Spam protected.

We are having our dinner meetings in a new format with the speaker first at 5:30 followed by the dinner. Again this is to address requests we got from the membership survey. We will be doing a survey again this year by e-mail. This is your chance to be heard.  

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS IS ON THE SOCIETY LIST.

You can go to the APICS.org and change your information your self. All you need to know is your member number. If you can’t find your card or don’t remember, just drop me an e-mail at vp membership on the chapter web site and I can supply it or if you give me the new information I can change it.
