Identify Theft: Protecting Your Good Name
Learn about Identity Theft and how it can
affect you. (Having your identity stolen can result in loss of job, not
being able to obtain a loan or even being arrested.)
Learn preventive steps about how to
prevent Identity Theft from happening to you. (It is estimated that as many
as 10 million people will be victims this year and that victims and
businesses combined will lose in excess of $50 billion dollars as a result.)
Scott will also discuss a variety of other
scams and how to avoid them. (Nigerian scams, lottery scams, internet
auction fraud, etc.)
Attending dinner is not required
