Elections
Congratulations to our own WSU APICS Student
Chapter for a job well done in the Region 14 Student Case
competition. They took home third place out of 20 entrants
and brought home a cash prize of $572. Keep up the good
work.
We have a couple of Board of Director
positions left to fill. This is a great opportunity to not
only give back to the great organization, but a chance to
better yourself in the process. Board meetings are held
immediately following the PDM’s so you no longer have to
give up an extra evening a month, and it looks great on a
resume. Contact any board member if you have a little extra
time to help.
We have five members going to Houston to take the CSCP
(Certified Supply Chain Professional) exam March 11th. This is the first time it
has been offered and is still in development. We will keep you posted on this
exciting new offering from APICS as things develop.
