Happy New
Year
A very Happy New Year to everyone. Please make sure and
mark your calendars for the January PDM as it is Thursday the
11th. The reason for the date change is our annual joint
meeting with NAPM. This is always one of the more popular
meetings of the year and I believe it is our 12th annual joint
meeting.
We normally send out just a postcard for the January
meeting, but we felt that we needed to send a newsletter this
month to help raise awareness of the seminar we are offering
in February-MIT's "The Beer Game". More details on
this can be found in this newsletter.
Roger Klocke has agreed to head up our election committee
for next year's elections. If you have any recommendations for
candidates or if you yourself are interested in serving on the
board, feel free to contact Roger or any other board member.
We are hoping to offer the Certified Supply Chain
Professional (CSCP) courses through Southwestern College
sometime in the Spring. Contact me or just watch the
newsletter for more information.
