The challenges we face today
in our businesses and our personal lives sometimes seem staggering. The
demand put on us, the expectations (both personal and by others), the
difficulties working with people in a team environment, and the lack of time
to spend on the things that are important to us cause us to feel undue
stress and anxiety in our lives. How do we find success and happiness in the
midst of those challenges? Attaining personal fulfillment and organizational
success can often seem like conflicting goals or a distant, impossible
dream. Dr. Stephen Covey, author of the best-selling book The Habits of
Highly Effective People identifies these issues and offers strategies that
can, if applied, make our personal life more rewarding and our organizations
more effective. Dr. Covey’s work has enabled thousands of individuals and
organizations regain control of their personal lives and their businesses.
