Southwestern College Professional Studies offers 1.5
semester college credit classes to teach the bodies of knowledge necessary for
workplace success and APICS certification. Earned credits may be used as core
course substitutions for the Operations Management Major or as electives in
other degree programs. Additional courses will be scheduled as demand is
indicated. A series of courses will be taught by practicing professionals in the
field.

Each course will meet four hours per week for four weeks. The costs for each
course are $414 plus study materials. Southwestern College cooperates with
all industry reimbursement and direct billing systems. There will be substantial
out-of-class study time required. The courses are designed for those currently
working in the field. Tuition is subject to change.
*An Introduction to Materials Management course meets four hours per week for
six weeks. Tuition for this class is $828.00 plus study materials. This is a 3.0
semester college credit class.
