Ron has 24 years experience in manufacturing and consulting. He has served as division controller, MRP II Project Manager, and Materials Manager. Ron holds a BBA degree from the University of Cincinnati and a MBA degree from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, National Association of Accountants, and is APICS certified at the fellow level.

Many companies have planning and scheduling systems that result in excellent customer service and efficient use of resources. These companies are not all large corporations with sophisticated software solutions. Software by itself has never provided all the answers no matter how advanced it appeared. From large enterprises to the smallest of manufacturing companies, the are Ten Guiding Principles that really determine success.

Ron's presentation will discuss those ten principles and provide tips on how to assure your success.

The pre-meeting is something that NAPM does to provide more technical learning opportunities for their members. It is a detailed, focused discussion on one aspect of the featured topic. Those who wish may attend the pre-meeting with our featured speaker in a segregated area of the meeting room. Those wishing to network may take advantage of the cash bar and visit with other APICS and NAPM members in the greater meeting area.
