1) Approved 1/15 Minutes
2) Reviewed action items from previous board meeting.
3) Review of individual departments: |

Treasurer - Reviewed January financial report and discussed open accounts receivable.
Membership - Membership-Membership survey will be mailed out and due back by April and it will also be available online.
Programs - Reviewed February PDM results and that the post cards were lost and discussed upcoming spring schedule along with May tour.
Publications - Discussed having a direct link on website for registration for upcoming PDM when reading newsletter.
Student Chapter - We will be reviewing their passport program along with hearing about their upcoming spring schedule of events. The student chapter is looking at communicating APICS through the black board website on campus.
Corporate Member at Large - Company coordinator training is scheduled at March PDM.
Seminar - The seminar is April 11 and the topic is Leaders in Supply Chain Management. The site is the Venue on east Douglas. Flyers will be sent out in the future and information will be on our website.
Awards Information - Each officer is needing to complete their quantitative measurements to address strategic objectives.
Education - Southwestern is interested in teaching the Fundamentals class. Had discussion on the structure of the class and what other chapters in the region are doing with this class. |
4) Region Meeting Review - The people that went to region meeting gave a summary of the activities.
