Heinrich will be presenting information regarding the new certification program and also on the benefits of certification. This is an excellent opportunity to present younger employees in your organization to APICS and our certification program and to bring new members into the Chapter so that we can benefit from each other’s knowledge, opinions, and enthusiasm.

He has been both an adjunct instructor and full-time faculty member at five different universities, teaching Production Management, a variety of quality courses, Information Systems, and System Management courses.
