| With the help of "Charles," (a fictional cycle count expert) we will review and challenge traditional cycle counting methods, goals, and measurements. The increasing challenge of minimizing inventory while maximizing customer service is addressed using some innovative views on who, what, when, and how to perform cycle counting in a value-added supply chain manner. The Wichita Chapter will be previewing this presentation as Teena prepares to speak at the APICS International Conference this October in San Antonio. Come ready to enjoy an interactive look at Supply Chain metrics and challenge the paradigm! About The Presenter: Teena received her Bachelor degree in Business Quality Management from Southwestern College in 1998 and completed her Master of Science in Adult Education in May of 2000 from Newman University. Her membership with APICS began in 1992, achieving CPIM status in 1993 and CIRM designation in 1996. Teena has served four terms on the Wichita Chapter Board of Directors including Vice-President of Membership, Vice President of Education and Member-at-Large.
