With the help of "Charles," (a fictional cycle count expert) we will review and challenge traditional cycle counting methods, goals, and measurements. The increasing challenge of minimizing inventory while maximizing customer service is addressed using some innovative views on who, what, when, and how to perform cycle counting in a value-added supply chain manner.

The Wichita Chapter will be previewing this presentation as Teena prepares to speak at the APICS International Conference this October in San Antonio. Come ready to enjoy an interactive look at Supply Chain metrics and challenge the paradigm!
