New Format The Twin Cities Chapter is offering a unique program that could enable you to become certified in 12 months. Seasoned professionals who probably already know quite a bit about what to do (but may not be as clear about APICS terminology) will definitely want to consider this format. Between January and May 2001, we offered one CPIM course each month with outstanding results. Students found that with proper pre-class preparation, active class participation, and effective post class study, this format provides an effective opportunity for success. Because of the positive feedback, we are adding CIRM courses to the accelerated program this year. The content of the accelerated courses is the same as the evening and Saturday courses and is based on information required for exams; however, the classes may also prove valuable to others. You may attend one, more than one or all courses. Classes are held at the Earle Brown Continuing Education Center on the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota from 8:00am-5:00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Course materials, parking and a buffet lunch are included in the registration fee. Course materials are shipped directly to students for pre-class preparation. A list of hotels is available upon request. |
