General Plant Manager - Oversee all areas of the business; Develop, implement and maintain ongoing business plans, projections, action plans and implementations; Manage to performance measurements; Financial responsibility; Approval of all pricing / quotes; ISO 9002 - REQUIREMENTS / AND PREFERENCES: Quality certification experience preferred; Quality manager experience; record of regulatory compliance with local, state and federal regulations; able to manage Public Relations, and Customer relations. Seeking someone from industrial steel service, or steel fabrication sectors with similar experience. Plant Operations Manager - working manager role; Responsible for scheduling / managing maintenance, production, process equipment within budget; Improve plant efficiencies for cost savings/reduction involving process tanks, racking, shipping, metallurgical process, material usage usage; REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES: ideally this person will come from an ISO 9002 certified plant; have Leadership skills and Works well with people; Knowledge of OSHA / EPA / KDHE regulations; Innovative in problem solving skills; experienced in managing Safety program, Personnel documentation, handling scheduled reviews, performance management; Training and developmental skills.
